Many parents are discouraging their children from participating in sporting activities due to a negative perception in them. Many of them think by enrolling them in sporting classes, they will interact with children of different traits and so their behavior might change negatively. Currently, children are faced with problems like high blood pressure . Engaging in activities like athletics helps then to do a lot of exercises. This helps them to learn new ways of managing pressure. One way of managing the pressure is by scoring a goal or winning a race. In sports classes, children are not only taught how to play. They are also equipped with various skills that will enable them better their performance in class. They are also given life experiences by their coaches which could help them in the future. So, children will remain vigilant in the rest of their lives.

Children involved in sporting activities are known to improve their weight easily compared with those who are always indoors. Engaging in field events like athletics enables the kid to develop proper coordination between body parts like the brain and hands. Staying in class for a long time also affects the circulation of blood in the bodies of our children.

In life, people come across risks and uncertainties. To face them, one must have confidence. Sporting activities equip children with the confidence to face various challenges in their future lives. With perseverance, they will be able to do anything in their lives.

Sitting down for a long time by children causes issues like obesity. Currently, the number of children who are admitted to hospitals because of such problems is increasing day by day, especially in urban areas. Health organizations have set a rule on the number of times a child should play daily. Thus, issues like child delinquency are reduced and many lives saved. It will also make the children grow strong and tall. It also strengthens muscles and joints and bones. They are also taught on social behavior which will lower the risk of young girls getting teenage pregnancy and dropping out of school.

At times, parents are so irresponsible that their children become stressed. Also, they might not perform well on academic. This will increase the level of stress to them. To reduce this, they must be allowed to interact with other children through games. Athletics allows the body to release stress reducing hormone known as serotonin . Issues like intestinal ulcer will not affect our children when they engage in games. Athletics is a fun way of games. Children will engage in laughing and cheering their friends as they run. This will reduce the stress associated with academic pressure.

Sports help to improve the relationship of the children. Research has shown that a long life friendship starts when people are still young. During games classes, children are taught on social life skills. This will provide a good foundation for long term friendship between the children. This will also promote teamwork as children will learn how to share responsibilities. It teaches children to be courteous when they win or lose in a completion. They develop positive thinking when they see their friends with success.
