Supporting a member is not easy, when it deals with wrong attitude and doings.

Plan first what is needed for the program or business before hiring some members. The members should be part of the plan, because they will help you solving a case before gaining more units for the business. Make sure that a plan being implemented is acknowledge and recognize. Make sure those things being implemented is a hundred percent of legal and legit.

Motivate your people to do their work even faster. Instead of scolding them, try to invest time explaining what is right. As a team leader long your patience before scolding a member, so they will not make any doing that are not necessary to do. Give useful things to them that would motivate and inspire them.

In this certain matter, follow these advices to be more effective as a leader. Prevent using over power into them so they will not pass resignation. Without the help of your people it would turn bad things out. Make sure that every one of them are skilled and applicable to the given task.
