Sleep plays an essential role in the health through your life. Basically, having sufficient rest at the right time protects your mental and physical well being. The way you feel and function during the day will depend on how you get enough sleep night. While sleeping, the body is working to support your brain functions and keep a healthy body.

Be sure to avoid disruptions such as watching, using your laptops and mobile phones. Instead, make the room dark and quiet room.

Some people may find it hard to work out what is affecting their well being.
